Seata’s continuous run mobile pilot plant / research and development scale model (RDSM)

At the forefront of Seata’s achievements to date is our RDSM demonstration plant. With the ability to process various carbonaceous feedstocks, this plant
showcases the capabilities and scalability of our technology.

Seata’s RDSM testing centre is available to outside organizations for conducting test work on potential feedstocks and/or outcome validation specific to our technology. All test work needs to be consistent with Seata’s overall business strategy.

Current development milestones include;

1. Single batch scale testing successfully conducted for a range of different feedstocks

2. Patents granted

3. RDSM approved and operational

4. HAZOP completed

5. Detailed testing program under development

6. Prefeasibility study is in progress
