COMMUNITY COMPLAINTS AND ENQUIRIES:

If you have a complaint or enquiry about our research activities at our Glen Innes R&D Centre at 448 West Furracabad Road, Glen Innes NSW, please call our dedicated community enquiries and complaints phone line on (0474) 691 973.

In accordance with our Environmental Protection Licence (EPL), the phone line is monitored 24/7 during active operations (R&D testing campaigns), and will be responded to as soon as practicable (within 4 hours, with every attempt to be responded sooner).

Calls received at all other times (when not actively testing) will aim to be responded to within 48 hours of receipt, and sooner where possible.
